Behind the scenes, The Guest Info Center uses advanced proprietary technologies to:

1. Handle guest voice interaction with Alexa smart speakers, Echo Show smart displays and Alexa enabled smart TVs.
2. Use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to determine the intent of guest requests.
3. Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) processing to determine which information in the facility database best fulfills a guest’s spoken request.
4. Automatically integrate supplemental sources to answer a guest’s requests for local dining, services and upcoming event information.
5. Provide the Voice/Visual User Interface to communicate requested information back to the guest.
6. Capture usage metrics for later reporting via the Admin Portal Dashboard.
